SMM Panel Glossary: Every Term Explained

Panel service lists are written in shorthand. This page explains the terms you will meet on a panel, in a service name, or on this marketplace — so you can read a listing without guessing.

Ordering and delivery

Order

A single purchase of one service for one link. Panels track orders by ID; keep it, because support cannot help without it.

Link

The public URL you are buying for — a profile, post, video or channel. A legitimate panel never needs more than this.

Quantity

How many units you are ordering. Panels price per 1,000 units far more often than per unit.

Minimum order

The smallest quantity a service accepts. A low unit price is irrelevant if the minimum is larger than you need.

Maximum order

The per-order ceiling. Larger campaigns are split into several orders, sometimes across several days.

Start time

How long until delivery begins. "Instant" usually means minutes, not seconds, and says nothing about completion.

Speed

The advertised delivery rate, written as "10K/day" or similar. Real speed varies with supplier load.

Drip feed

Delivery spread deliberately over hours or days instead of arriving at once. Used to make growth look gradual rather than sudden.

Partial

An order that delivered some of the quantity and stopped. Most panels refund the undelivered portion automatically to your balance.

Pending / In progress / Completed

Order states. "Completed" means the panel believes it delivered — not that the units survived.

Cancel

Withdrawing an order before delivery. Availability varies by service; many services cannot be cancelled once started.

Quality and retention

Drop

Units disappearing after delivery, usually because the platform removed inauthentic accounts. Normal on every platform to some degree.

Non-drop

A claim that units are expected to stay. It is an expectation, not a guarantee, unless paired with a refill.

Refill

A promise to top an order back up if it drops, within a stated window. Often written R30, R60 or R365 for 30, 60 or 365 days.

Refill button

The panel control that requests a refill. Many panels require you to press it inside the window; nothing happens automatically.

Guarantee

A broader term panels use loosely. Read it as "refill" unless the panel states otherwise in writing.

Lifetime guarantee

Marketing language rather than a legal commitment. No panel outlives the platform it depends on.

Bot / low quality

Empty accounts with no photo, posts or history. Cheapest tier, highest drop rate.

HQ / high quality

Accounts with profile photos, posts and some history. Costs more and survives purges better.

Real

An unregulated label. It usually means an account tier above bot, not a person who chose to follow you.

Mixed

A blend of quality tiers within one order.

Server / S1, S2, S3

Different upstream suppliers for the same nominal service. When a panel lists several, they differ in price, speed and retention.

Panel business models

SMM panel

A storefront that sells social media engagement services, usually reselling from providers further up the chain.

Provider

The party actually running or sourcing delivery. Most panels are not providers.

Reseller panel

A panel that buys through another panel's API and resells at a markup.

Child panel

A branded storefront rented from a parent panel, with its own domain and prices. The parent handles infrastructure and supply.

Parent panel

The panel that supplies and hosts child panels.

API

The programmatic interface a panel exposes so other systems can place orders automatically. See the SMM panel API guide.

API key

The secret token identifying your account to a panel's API. Treat it like a password.

Mass order

Placing many orders at once, usually by pasting a list. Useful for agencies handling many accounts.

Subscription / auto order

Standing instructions that place an order automatically whenever an account posts new content.

Money

Balance / wallet

Prepaid credit held on the panel. It is unsecured — fund it with what you plan to spend soon, not more.

Deposit

Adding funds to that balance. Deposit bonuses are a way to lock you in; treat them as a discount on future spend, not free money.

Top-up fee

A charge added by the payment processor or the panel when you deposit. It changes your effective price per unit.

Rate

The price per 1,000 units, as shown in the service list.

Price per unit

Rate divided by 1,000. Useful when comparing services that quote different units.

Chargeback

Reversing a card payment through your bank. Panels ban accounts that file them, so use it only after support has failed.

Goods & Services

A PayPal payment type carrying buyer protection. See SMM panels that accept PayPal.

Friends & Family

A PayPal transfer with no buyer protection. A panel asking for this is asking you to waive your remedies.

TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20

Networks that USDT can travel on. Sending on the wrong one usually loses the money — see SMM panels that accept crypto.

Marketplace terms used on this site

Listing

A panel's profile on this marketplace, created by its owner or compiled as an unclaimed directory entry.

Unclaimed listing

A profile built from a panel's public website that the owner has not taken over yet. It carries no prices until they claim it.

Claimed listing

A profile whose owner has verified control and now maintains the services and prices shown.

Promoted

A paid advertising placement. Promoted position is bought with a bid; it is not a quality ranking and is always labelled.

Bid

The amount a panel owner pays for promotional visibility. Higher bids take higher promoted slots.

Relevance gate

Our rule that a promoted panel can only appear on pages for platforms and services it actually offers. Money cannot buy an irrelevant placement.

Starting price / "from" price

The cheapest active service a panel has published. A floor, not a quote for the service you want.

House listing

A panel operated by the people who run this marketplace, labelled so you can weigh it accordingly. It receives no ranking preference.

Verified

A listing whose ownership we have confirmed. It says nothing about service quality.
