1. The service
SMMPanel is a discovery marketplace where SMM panel owners pay to list their panels and bid for position. We do not operate, resell, or process orders for any listed panel. All transactions for SMM services happen on the external panel's own website.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our listing rules.
3. Listings
Panel owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing, including services, prices, and features. Listings containing false information, malware, impersonation, or illegal content will be removed.
4. Paid listing and bidding
A panel is publicly listed only while it holds an active bid. A bid purchases a listing for a fixed period (currently 30 days; minimum bid $1.00). Position among eligible panels is determined by confirmed bid amount. Bids are non-refundable once a listing is active, except as described in the Refund Policy. Position is not an endorsement or quality rating.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any level of traffic, clicks, or business outcomes from listing or bidding, and we do not guarantee the performance, quality, or legality of any external panel's services.
6. Prohibited conduct
Fraudulent payments, fake engagement with the platform's own metrics, multiple accounts used to manipulate bidding, and attempts to compromise the platform are prohibited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
