Wallet deposits
Unused wallet balance may be refunded on request within 30 days of deposit, minus any payment-processing fees.
Promotional bids
Confirmed promotional bids purchase advertising time and visibility and are non-refundable once the campaign is active, except where: (a) a platform error prevented your campaign from running, or (b) your listing was removed by us through no fault of your own before the campaign ended — in which case the unused portion is refunded to your wallet pro-rata.
How to request
Contact us with your account email and transaction ID via the contact page. Refunds are processed to your wallet or original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
