Orders that weren’t delivered, dropped without a refill, or were refused a refund, reported by the buyers who placed them, with the order number and what happened. A moderator checks every report before it appears, and the panel’s owner can reply.

Reports are written by registered buyers about their own orders. A moderator checks that each one describes a real order and removes personal data, but SMMPanel can’t confirm what happened between a buyer and a panel. Read the panel’s reply where there is one. Reports never change a panel’s position.
